Throughout the past couple of years green tea has become a very popular dietary drink. The Chinese years ago used green tea as a medicine to help cure everything from a migraine to depression.
In today’s society, research has proven that by drinking green tea helps to reduce your cholesterol levels as well as the weight gain. Not only does it help to lose the unwanted pounds but also lowers your chance of getting cancer and other health risk such as arthritis.
Green tea is known for the special secrets that it contains such as the catechin polyphenols, also known as epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).
EGCG is a strong anti-oxidant that helps to reduce the growth of cancerous cells. Also helping to clot your abnormal blood that causes you to have a stoke or heart attack.
